Whats the difference playing the game without having logged and having? Only to update my profile here with screenshots and achivements?  can i play without having logged in and after some time if i log in then the program update here all my achivements and screenshots up to the moment that i do log in?

In short, yes. The update process does not appear to be instant, however... it takes some time, usually an hour of play while logged in, for it to update.

Also, keep in mind that synching online does *not* backup your saved games.
