ive been reading up on mass effect 3 and you wont have as many sqaud memebers as you have had in mass effect 2 because they want the relationships to be deeper. So im guessing you will only be allowed 6 memebers like in mass effect 1...so out of all of the characters what 6 would you choose?

1. Liara, what other love interest is better, none
2. Wrex, nothing beats a krogan battlemaster
3. Grunt, what beats one krogan, two krogans
4. Garrus, sniper, badass, nuff said
5. Samara, asari are the best characters, with krogans in second
6. Tali, I need a sixth character, and she's the only one left that's decent

Wrex can't be a squad mate, so he's out. Neither can Legion or Mordin, but I didn't like either of them, so that doesn't matter. Killed Kaiden every time. Shep will probably have to choose again, but this time between Miranda or Jacob. No Kasumi or Zaeed. Thane will be dead from his disease. Completely hate Jack. That's about all that's left.

1 - Tali (The LI of my main Shepard, and just plain fun)
2 - Jack (I have a thing for tattooed girls with a foul mouth)
3 - Garrus (After hating him in ME1, I grew to love the guy in ME2)
4 - Wrex (Shepard. Wrex)
5 - Grunt (Two Krogans on your team? Oh yeah!)
6 - Mordin (Musical number required)

Outside of them, no biggie. Oh, and the only problem with a Batarian squaddie I see (other than batarians are the scum of the galaxy ) is that a Shepard with a Colonist background might not take too kindly to one on his/her team.

Still, perhaps Shepard is a live and let live kinda person /shrug
