weird uldred glitch

i've been having problems with the uldred fight during broken circle.

i play on normal difficulty but he has about as much health and defense as the archdemon himself, i can litterally beat on him and do 1 to 3 damage per hit, and his health bar barely moves even after 30 minutes.

i have a few mods the big ones though are.

ser gilmore mod
the winter forge
karma's companions
skip the fade
improved romace for alistair which is mainly a patch from what i read.

i have no idea what is going on here?
