Hi, I've been a fan of Mass Effect for a few years. I got Mass Effect 1 about two mounths after it was released for PC, and I've been a fan of the series ever since. I bought Mass Effect 2 the week it came out brand new, and I downloaded the Dr. Pepper DLC and the Cerberus Network with no problems whatsoever.I ended up letting my brother and my friend borrow the game, and I decided to start it up again to finish some things I might have missed. However, I found that Cerberus Network wasn't connected. Logging in, I found myself staring at a screen that asked me to redeem or buy a code for Cerberus Network. Baffled, I entered my code again, but it claimed that the code was already in use. I can't acess any of my save files. Can someone help me understand what is going on?

You should only have to log in with your email address attached to your account. Look for the log in button on the main screen or under internet options.

Something has changed in the last month or so where the game no longer can automatically log into your account. Don't know what exactly or if it will get fixed, but that is the breaks.

I can log in, but it acts as if I never activated the Cerberus Network, and says my key is already in use.

If you already used the code when you first got the game, you cannot use it again. All your DLC should be listed under Profile -> Registered Game Content on these forums.
If it isnt listed under there, you will need to contact EA support to get it sorted out.

Hi. I got this game yesterday, i installed and started it. When i logged-in to cerberus network i wrote there my cd key, it kicked me into the menu but i wasnt logged in the cerberus. So i am trying to repeat the loggin to Cerberus network and it still wants my key, i type it there, but it says that my "key is already in use" What should i do? Please help me.
