could we get her a geth body like legion so we do not have to risk her freedom when the Normandy is put under alliance control?
There are no EDI fans?

I do not think we can assign gender to A.I but I had not thought of that.

I like to think of EDI as a she heh, afterall when she becomes the Normandy, she becomes the most beautiful and sweet girl, not my words, but of Gabby!

President Roslin was awesome, I agree, but why do people keep quoting her?
On topic, I hope Eddy remembers that I treated her badly, and acts on it in ME3 so I can finaly get rid of her. She is such a cheap knockoff of GLaDOS!

I am too. I believe she has proven her loyalty. But I suppose that remains to be seen.Alknost wrote...
Actually, I like EDI and consider her to be just as good of a crew member as any of the others, and I'm very curious about what will happen to her in ME3.

I'm an EDI fan.
She enjoys the sight of Joker on his knees.
It's no joke.

I like EDI a lot and feel like she has the potential to have a loyalty quest. At the beginning of ME2 she states that there are parts of her that are sequestered and that even she doesn't know what they do. I assume they are some sort of failsafe device installed by TIM. So, in ME3 I'm expecting a crisis where the dormant programs are activated, forcing EDI to work against Shep and Joker, who must then either "save" her by returning her autonomy or "kill" her. The Normandy 2 was a huge investment -- I don't think TIM would let let EDI out without some sort of "control chip" in place.
All through ME2 I wanted to say: "EDI, work with Legion and Tali to hack yourself and find out what those secret programs are -- then destroy them. They are going to bite us in the ass!" >_<;;;

I just discovered that if you romance Tali and deny it when you talk to Mordin, he will mention that there have been rumors going on about Joker and EDI.
EDI is cool but I don't know if BW would make it a squaddie. In RP terms it could be done Geth-Style, EDI downloads itself to a mobile platform that joins you on missions.

I love EDI. ^^ I always thought that she proved herself (or itself) quite useful when Shepard and the gang were in a bind. I too am curious about her fate in ME3.
