Ok here the thing i broke my broke my dragon age ultimate cd so i have to download in EDM but when i play and log in my account and play the all the DLC in my account is unautorized it works before. so what im gonna do please help me

There are a few thing you should do to get help:
Firstly post in the right forum (DA:O Pc technical Self Help)
Secondly you should post a bit more information about your system and so on
