After killing Zeeaire and talking to Shandra in the Sunken Flagon, I appear in Castle Never and nothing happens and I can't travel anywhere.

well .. had to do some cookin' to draw out this string of spaghetti:

( the usual ) in DebugMode 1, controlling your mainPC, standing in the Great Hall. You fellas might get some anomalous behavior (like Torio fittingly silent), but i don't think there's any other repercussions
