HELP!! friend bought the Ultimate Edition and brought his save over to play on my 360. Didn't think there would be and dlc errors cause I bought all DLC as it came out and he had Ultimate, but I neglected to remember that I had the Dragon Age Journeys unlocks and Lucky Stone unlock. No saves to go back before he played on my system anyway around this?

I think I know what you are trying to convey, though it takes a little deciphering. Quibbles aside....
I believe the answer to be 'no', and it's probably not what you would expect either.
Disregarding that you have dlcs your friend does not, it seems that you bought the original release of DA: O and bought all the dlcs from XBox Live, and your friend has the Ultimate edition. Even if this is the case the system still sees these as two different games (don't ask why I have no idea) and are incompatible with each other. There is a thread floating around here that does touch upon that.
