Besides the fact that there are still apparently issues in the P.C. version, now there the letter doesn't even show up in ACT 3.
And yes, I loaded a game where I had accepted the quest, and it's still not able to be completed.
If you wanted to cut the quest Bioware, all you had to way say so...
Who needs rescuing still doesn't work.
