What is the highest level in this game for our characters? Judging by all these boxes to fill in for skills and spells and talents it must be high!

That would be boring in my opinion, main reason is because as it is now you actually have to think about what spells/talents you want to learn, which ones are going to be useful. One thing I miss though is the ability to re-set them without using a mod.
