 Hey,
I was just curious if their will be another mass effect 2 patch for ps3? A few issues such as the auido delay, the overlord textures, lines getting cut off before they are done saying them, that are still plaguing what is otherwise a magnificent game. Can you confirm or deny if another patch is in the works to fix these issues? Since there has not been alot of activity in here lately was just cruious. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Bioware is flat out ignoring this issue. They read the forums and have yet to comment about the audio lag. It has really turned me off to bioware due to the fact that they are ignoring the issue so blatantly ...

The audio cut-out mid sentence is simply unacceptable.

What bugs me most is that there is no definitive answer on whether the New Game Plus issue is indeed a glitch or by design. There seems to be a mixed response from all the searches I've carried out.

Bioware MUST be aware of it, and should have the decency to either address the issue by communicating with the community or by releasing a patch if it is indeed a bug/glitch.

But as is with most (not all) game companies - ignorance is bliss which is an atrocious attitude to have.

Bioware staff has been responding to all other issues but this. if they can't fix the problem or somply do NOT want too. they should come clean to their fans and stop hiding already. This has gotten sad.

It is a glitch, if you look at the screens and read all the text on it, it states that NG+ gives you your advanced weapons and all the 4/4 powers you had. (I forget the exact screen, I took a photo of it awhile back). I think it is the screen you get on import or the last one you get when you finish the final boss and after the end credits (the one which allows for continue and main menu)

You only get the Heavy Weapons (at some point early on), The credits 1000000/100000 (can't remember the figure) but you do get what is stated. The resources are reset to 50000 each (basically I lost the 200000+ resources I had for each (except Eezo).

I believe the Weapon / Armor Stats are also reset, making you exceptionally weak (on Insanity at least).

I think I'm better off starting a new game on Insanity rather than a New Game + on Insanity - it would appear more balanced that way, as the enemies get stronger as you do - so I've been told.

I haven't experienced this issue, but of course I can't even access the friggen game. It freezes at the load screen.

Not being able to play this game is even more unacceptable. Then they blame that our machines aren't good enough for their games. Inexcusable. If you are to make a port of a game that works perfectly fine on two other machines, make sure that it will work on the port and don't ignore it, for God's sake, once it's released.

Yes
I am guessing they will release it before March 6, 2012 or shortly after...
