I have my cd keys because I registered them on Bioware's site (nice of them to offer this!). Normally this is for people who lose their physical copy of the keys, which I have done, but I have also lost the actual game discs along with them.
Is there anything I can do here short of buying another copy? Is there an offered client download for people in my position?

As far as I know, the only legal option available to you is to buy the games again. Sorry, but at least you can get them for quite cheap these days.

Ah that's what I figured. Oh well, I can just wait until another Steam deal comes along.

In the meantime, if you have the game installed and patched, you don't need the cd keys in order to play.
