Totemic animals on BG1Tutu

Hello,

Everybody know that classic totemic animals are vastly overpowered in BG1 Tutu.
Now, there is a rebalanced totemic summons in TutuFix

But it is simply broken ! I check files and new EFF files are missing 

TP2 tells me where is the problem:
COPY_EXISTING ~SPIRSUMM.EFF~ ~override~  WRITE_ASCII 0x30 spirsum1COPY_EXISTING ~SPIRSUMM.EFF~ ~override~  WRITE_ASCII 0x30 spirsum2COPY_EXISTING ~SPIRSUMM.EFF~ ~override~  WRITE_ASCII 0x30 spirsum3
it should be:
COPY_EXISTING ~SPIRSUMM.EFF~ ~override/spirsum1.eff~  WRITE_ASCII 0x30 spirsum1COPY_EXISTING ~SPIRSUMM.EFF~ ~override/spirsum2.eff~  WRITE_ASCII 0x30 spirsum2COPY_EXISTING ~SPIRSUMM.EFF~ ~override/spirsum3.eff~  WRITE_ASCII 0x30 spirsum3
I was wondering if nobody reported this bug or you are all using another mod that fix totemic summoning in bg1 ?
I had a look and his summons are still overpowered !

Maybe I'll have to make my own rebalancing mod if no others exist...

Oh dear. You're absolutely right. I've just tested out of curiosity, and the modded SPCL621.SPL copied over contains new extended headers for the lower-level versions of the spell, but the EFF files assigned to their respective feature blocks aren't properly created at install-time. As a consequence, Tutufix's 'Totemic Druid Spirit Summons are Balanced' component actually breaks Summon Spirit Animal.

I admit, I've installed this component in the past, but since I never play druids, I never even noticed. :whistle:

Okay, did a quick search. The bug has been reported, but nothing was done about it, alas.
