At first I had Shale but now I'm reconsidering. I have myself (pure dex duel weild warrior) Leliana (archer and lockpicker) and Morrigan (damage mage) whats the best fit for the fourth?

wynne. her and morrigan run flame/frost weapons, leliana with song of courage and aim on, you with berserker, momentum, and blood thirst, with posions (these are the minimum) and you will tear through everything. Its an awesome party setup.

Yes i tank with my dex warrior (imo its just as good as a shield tank. Yes it can get knocked down, but it kills stuff so fast that you won't really notice it. For instance I killed Loghain within 1 war cry earlier today. Just make sure you watch what is attacking your squishier characters and use taunt.
For wynne i built her as a Spirit Healer + Arcane Warrior spec, so 30 will and the rest in magic. Run Cleansing Aura, Rock armour and Arcane Warrior sustainables and she is very tough while healing you plenty without having to do anything. I have her cast debuffing hexes on anything boss or higher, cone of cold is good for CC, have some heals and regens if party is low. Oh and mana clash for anti-magic.
Morrigan as SH/AW too, but i have her as a healer/caster. She has some damaging spells, plenty of CC (sleep + horror is a fantastic spell combo, while sleep on its own is great CC) and all the heals. 25 will and the rest in magic. With high spellpower Arcane bolt can do very decent damage.
For Leliana is used this: http://dragonage.wik...icient_Approach
Hope that helps some

If you already have a tank, lockpicker and mage in the party, the 4th member can be anyone. Just pick someone you like and have them play a damager role.
With Wynne, usually I have her go all magic and mainly focus on healing. If I have her doing casting crowd control or damage spells, she usually has little to no mana for healing. For the most part, I have her just auto attack the same enemy as the tank. If the tank is well built and is using taunt frequently, not much crowd control is needed for anything that isn't an enemy mage.
As for skills, I usually have her go with max herbalism and the rest into combat training.
Here's a topic that I posted with my Wynne build:
