Seriously, she just walks around with that thing and never uses it! I want to see her draw that blade and go ape on someone. Sound off if you agree!

Probably, a lot of fans have questioned the purpose of that knife beyond pure aesthetics.

It is confirmed that ME3 will feature melee, so we indeed may see that knife in action.

Maybe you're thinking of a "quick stab".

I was thinking more along the lines of "throat slash with repeated stabbings throughout the abdomen and face areas, with a quick jab to the eyes if Batarian, and the crotch for any other bipedal species."

Plenty of blood too, BW. If, you ever decide to create such a scene...

I didn't necessarily mean during gameplay. I meant during a cutscene or something.

I can see Tali doing some pretty brutal ****. Have you seen what she does if you take Legion's side during her confrontation with him? She shoots the the Goddanm celing for Christ's sake! Given the right circumstances I can see Tali passionately murdering someone with that knife.

Also with her not taking charge of Prazza, to me that shows that she's pretty restraint.

I think it might of been to protect herself as she's a quarian and we all know how people treat quarians in society...with utter disrespect, sadly. Hopefully we do get to see her actually use it, though.

She slowly pulls a batarian towards the blade and it enters his eye. A shrill scream escapes his mouth. Slowly the quarian pulls the blade to the right and half the eyeball pops out. The Batarian faints on the ground, it won't be long before he succumbs to loss of blood. To aid his suffering, Tali decides to kill him quicker. She removes her mask and eats him after much grunting and blood thirsty yelling.


Tali, the brutal muderer.

As to the talimancers (which I guess im...part one) you have to keep in mind, shes a shotgun chick! SHOTGUN YEAH! That's pretty brutal so the idea of her throat-knifing a dude who gets to close (like husks or something charging) I'd be pretty happy about. Pretty damn thrilled actually.

Anyways I hope she uses it somehow, as has been stated theirs a little more emphasis, at least with Shepard, for enhanced melee stuff to counter there shift in how they handle all the enemy types. So I wouldn't be to surprised it all the squad mates get there own special 'heavy' melee attack like players do. I'll be semi-disappointing though if she just gets the engineers flame-lash thing instead of a unique knife-stab.

Well that would just serve no purpose, she's a pretty knowledgable chick, I'm sure she can cut/stab a vital point without acting like a psycho. Plus I don't want her to be doing 5-10 seconds of animation while I run around getting shot.

Running around getting shot while squaddies do nothing is pretty much the whole of ME1 and 2. Quick kills with the knife would maybe satisfy some people, but would be pointless to me. Hence the psychotic killer suggestion.

Yeah, I'm hoping they make the melee kills in ME3 really brutal. I'm hoping to be able to smash someone's skull in with the butt of my rifle. Maybe I can have a bayonet on my Assault Rifle....... Wait, that's an awesome idea!

I think it was when the Boss would Trandoshan blood on his visor after a melee attack during the mission on the Prosecutor.
