Seriously, she just walks around with that thing and never uses it! I want to see her draw that blade and go ape on someone. Sound off if you agree!
It's not a knife. Its a screw-driver
But...well, even screw-driver can be used as a weapon

Carrying pointy things when you essentially live in a life sustaining fetish wear seems to be a bad idea on many, many levels.
Carrying pointy things when you essentially live in life sustaining and far more fragile skin seems like a bad idea, too.
Wait...

Bah, skin damage seems far less dangerous than say her accidentally knicking her bondage wear and getting a million kinds of infections.

EDIT: Okay, coming after a post about bondage wear, that may seem a little, well... Nevermind.

Like a lot of things, Tali's knife is all about how you wear it and where you stick it.

If you're in close quarters combat, a knife is very practicle. Not so much against drones, but against mercs it'd be very potent since kinectic barriers don't block knifes.Antivenger wrote...
Right, because knife > guns/robot drones.
Plus, plenty of talimancers would go ape**** that their precious Tali would do something so brutal.
Actually, considering the enemies that will be present in ME3 a knife would be very impractical. Huge Batarian husks with cannons welded onto their hands, Cerberus goons with jetpacks and grenades, not to mention a cannibalistic monster.

If it was a weapon I'd like to see her use it against a lot of people's attitudes in this thread. But she'll do what we know is best and walk away from a bunch of trolls.

Are you suggesting you want to see a fictional woman with lovely child barring hips, and a full body bondage suit complete with gimp mask to stab real people? That's kinda... kinky.

Fully nude Tali(no helmet, no nada) ala ME1 style love scene.

Oh and kink... despite favouring it immensely, it is a matter of taste isn't it?

Ha, way to fail at stirring up a reaction.naledgeborn wrote...
Hopefully she uses it for Seppuku.
Anyway, I don't care. She (like every other squadmate) will probably have some new melee animation if they're going to improve the way the melee system works for ME3.

Not saying she'd stab them per sae, pixels really can't do damage in that regard, it's just the attitude, and in that case her knife is metaphorically ripping through the general forum bs.

So much wangst.
Anyway, I wouldn't put it past Bioware to troll everybody by having her continually not use that knife for anything.

Because that's all soldiers ever use knives for.
