Hello,

I wanted to ask 1 question about Item Pack. I heard that the PC version uses low resolution textures.

Is it true or not? Can someone tell me please...thanks a lot...

From what I've heard, yes it does, but high res textures are "on the way".

They're on the way? Mmm...and why did they make it in low res at all? Why not high res right away?

Actually they are classified as "medium" resolution textures, but yes, it is rather odd that they released a paid-for DLC with out making the higher resolution textures available (especially since med-low res textures are usually derived from high res textures to begin with). Not exactly the best move for a game that a significant number of its players are/have lost interest.

Oh...so it's not low but medium...
Mmm...I guess...they made it for people with Windows XP (DirectX 9).

Which is all well and good, but they should have made the textures the same quality that's available with the actual game. I'm getting tired of waiting on BioWare to make me happy. *runs off to make herself happy*

Well I hope that they'll make it for all res...asap. I want to buy it, but not until it's finished.

I hope that someone will reply to this coz I don't wanna create another topic about the item pack.

I wanna buy the get-them-all pack, but only if I can install and use them all 3 simultaneously to equip the stuff in all my companions, so can I?

If not, I'm just getting the mage one

You cannot do so by default. However, if you use a mod (such as the one linked in my sig ), you can equip your companions with armor you find, so you could give the DLC armor to your followers.

You can use all three packs at the same time. The armor is of course only for use on Hawke unless you use a mod.
