Is it PST or PDT at the moment in America? The countdowns all say PST, but thats -8 hours, not -7 so I'm a bit confuzzled.

Both PST and PDT are GMT-7, afaik.

That would be correct. It's BST right now in the UK which is GMT+1 - 8 hours from PST.

That would be correct. It's BST right now in the UK which is GMT+1 - 8 hours from PST.

That explains it - I forgot it was the summer. So the Microsoft one starts at 5.30, the E.A one at 8.30 and the first ME3 coverage shortly after that. Something to watch while I eat dinner then.
