Is that Meer doing the voice for Mordin? I'm hoping that's a placeholder.
Sounded like him. They probably haven't recorded all the voice talent yet.

/agree. It's more practical just manually selecting conversation options instead of saying something and then something completely different coming out of Shep's mouth.

Dumbest thing I've ever seen. Can't believe they actually wasted resources on this.
I thought the same.

Edit: Might not have been the best time, since everyone is all kinect crazy <_<

There are many reason to hate it.
Mainly its just a gimick which is wasting the time and resources Bioware could be putting into the game and thus making it even better. If it wasn't for Kinect theres a chance the game might be ready by the end of the year (obviously i can't confim this).

Press button or scream at game. Hm, difficult choice.
Why not both?

It would work better if Shepard wasn't voiced. Imagine playing a FemShep as a male and talking as "her". Pretty weird.
Thumbs up for the demo content though!

Also, is it me or did the facial animations seem a bit weird? Maybe it's just the remodeled face that's throwing me off.

Pointless wasting of resources on Kinect. Way to go BiowEAr.
Microsoft must be paying well. But saying that I doubt the Kinect stuff took much effort to do it seemed pretty simplistic to me.

The kinect thing seems nifty if you have it, but I really hope they didn't waste too many resources just for voice commands.
I was worried that Bioware would go deep into the Kinect element, like incoporating body movement of the player. But, seeing as Bioware only used the voice recognition part of Kinect (which seems to be a rather basic element of Kinect), I don't think they've spent too much time on it in the expense of other more important things in ME3.

Well, yeah. I mean, why would you bother reading the lines when they aren't even repeated properly when you could just press a button for the same effect. It's not effective. It's not even cool. No guys, screaming at your TV really isn't going to improve your chances at getting laid.rooky91 wrote...

Yeah, so pointless to try and appeal to a wider audience like any company would if they had the choice.<_<
