I installed the dlc and played it in the early part of my adventure... I had some equip on myself and Alistair, then i did a lot of things and now i just did " a paragon to her kind " questline till the end, without using Alistair, as soon as i could get back to camp he was naked, all the dlc equipment vanished and even on the map there was no sign of the keep!!
Any help?

There seems to be a lot of trouble with Warden's Keep, it won't even show up for me to begin with.

Same thing just happened to me 20 minutes ago. I've been using all the DLC gear since I started playing the game on release and it just randomly vanished from my character and all saved games.

Managed to finsh Wardens Keep. However, cannot exit. Tried resume, reload, replay. Nothing will let me exit. Screen goes black and only keyboard movement accepted. I have resolved to ignore both add-ins until problems are resolved. I hope thye add-ins do not effect the main game.

Since installing 1.01b from 1.01a my DLC was not authorised to my login. I followed some instructions on the forums to disable the Dragon Age Updater service in services.msc and then restart the service up. This did nothing, but when I closed the game, and fired it back up again all my DLC was authorized. Unsure what happened but seems to have fixed it

Hmmm yesterday my Wardens Keep DLC disappeared and even the Stone Prisoner...I had an incident at camp where it suddenly said 'new quest' and 'quest completed' and Honnleath showed up again (I had done the Stone Prisoner a long time before)...but Soldiers Peak is still missing. More annoyingly I had picked up the Winter's Breath Staff from Avernus, equipped on my main character, and it too has vanished, leaving me without a staff....not amused
Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the DLC, still not showing up. and I don't want to load another saved game, I hate recovering the same ground all over again...
I seem to remember Mass Effect being more full of bugs than a termite mound, as well...what's with Bioware?!?

I have this same problem. All my Warden's Keep DLC disappeared, and I can't talk to Shale anymore.
I saw the post here http://social.biowar...58/index/294757 - but my CD key shows up fine in my game configuration utility.
Further, I tried every fix in the big DLC fix thread to no avail. I am sick and tired of EA/Bioware charging for content they can't provide. This needs to be fixed YESTERDAY.
And yes, I tried reinstalling the entire game and DLC as well. Since I've tried everything I can, and this problem randomly appeared last week after NO CHANGES ON MY PART, it seems obvious to me that this is 100% EA/Bioware's fault at trying to run some retarded DRM measures that do nothing but inconvience paying customers like myself.

Yes, they're aware of this issue. I saw a thread with this topic that someone there responded too. This was back in November, and since then, not a word. It bugged my game but there's a way to hack Shale back in. I hadn't done Warden's Keep yet so that one restarting isn't an issue here. But I won't play the game until I see it's been patched. Don't wanna waste my time.

The key is to try and recognize as early as possible when the content goes away. Once you save with it gone that state is embedded in your saves and you need to use hacks to get any of it back.
If you recognize it soon enough you just need to exit, verify that your DLC is enabled, and reload a save where it exisited.
I loaded a save last night and Sten was suddenly naked. I reloaded the same save and he had the Warden's Commander Armor again. But if I had continued on with him in the naked state, any progress I made afterwards would have been DLCless.

Save lots and save often in multiple saves. Don't quick save. It's all we can do for now.

This is my approach as well. Once I hear they've actually fixed this problem I will think about buying DLC again.

this is really annoying...every single item I had from Wardens Keep gone...I'm guessing the chances of Bioware actually fixing the problem are zero...I was going to buy more DLC but I think I'll steer clear for now. I appreciate it's a big game and took a lot of development and all...but still, I want it to just work without having to hack it or fiddle it or save every 10 seconds 'just in case'!!

There are ways of remedying this situation, unless of course you play without a keyboard, then you are gladly on your own.

Warden's Keep DLC shows up as downloaded and enabled for me but the merchant who's supposed to unlock the area isn't in the campsite. Tried disabling and re-enabling the DLC, restarted the game, still nothing.

To fix up DLC issues after corruption occurs you can use the developers console. Details in this thread
This should allow you to work around issues with the Warden's Keep Quest Giver being missing, or DLC locations not showing up on the world map.

This is great for people who feel comfortable playing around with programming and the like, but for those of us who aren't so comfy...
I will wait for the offical patch, and I fully expect them to come up with one because there are a lot of people who won't purchase the extra content if things like this continue to happen.

are u sure that your online 100%?, dlc doesn't work without a online connection

DLC works without an internet connect just fine, if you play logged out. (If you play logged in, it does assume that you have a valid internet connection)
We don't really know what causes this DLC glitch, maybe it is a momentary loss of internet connection if you're playing logged in. Or maybe the game has a bug, and briefly loses track that you actually own the DLC. I'll have to pay more attention to what is going on in the background if it ever happens to me again.

I have put about 250 hours in this game. I have had the DLC disappear on me once.
So yes, its annoying when it happens, but its not a frequent occurence.

Just save often, and don't use quick saves.

They really messed those DLCs... I hope that they start working hard on fixing those problems (I had 3 bugs with DLC packages...standard game works great), because I think, that they did nothing till this time.
