More information isn't needed, but you should have actually checked the system requirements before buying the game. Real graphics cards made by real gaming companies are required.

Video Card = 256 MB (with Pixel Shader 3.0 support). Supported GPU Chips: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 or greater(**); ATI Radeon X1600 Pro or greater. Please note that NVIDIA GeForce G.205, G.210, 310, 7100, 7200, 7300, 7400, 7500, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 9100, 9200, and 9300; ATI Radeon X1300, X1550, HD 2400, 3100, 3200, HD 3450, HD 3470, HD 4200, HD 4250, HD 4350, and (probably) HD 5450 are below minimum system requirements. Updates to your video and sound card drivers may be required. Intel and S3 video devices are not officially supported in Mass Effect 2.

If you're using EA download manager, disable "EADM in-game" from download manager settings. This should fix the startup crash assuming the crash happens right when the Bioware logo is supposed to appear. But yeah, it's most likely GPU issue here.

I don't recognize what an "e5800" from Intel might be, but the only CPUs that they still sell with the word "Pentium" in their names are a CELERON type of a CoreDuo, with slow core speeds, minimal onboard cache, and very limited capability to run games. If this is such a "Pentium Dual", at 3.2 GHz it is just barely a minimum part because of the small caches.

In other words, if this is a bargain basement desktop PC, it is going to bottleneck a good video card after that is added to the system.

www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx

That is an XFX brand Radeon HD 5670 card for $70, after rebate.
