I'm having a problem with my DLCs. Recently my laptop which contained my DAO Ulimate Edition game crashed from faulty hardware and after my laptop is repaired, I installed my EA manager and then my game. BUT I have all my DLCs except Awakening are unauthorized.

I have done all the solutions and none have worked. I'm also registered (which is very odd when I find I STILL don't meet the requirements for some forums). 

I'm getting annoyed.

Worse, I cannot uninstall the game to reinstall it. Completely. The button to uninstall just does nothing and the one at the DA launcher is grayed out.

....Excuse me. I need to bang my head on the table while someone replies to this forum.  

PS. DON'T ANYONE MOVE THIS TO ANOTHER FORUM WHERE I CAN'T GO TO JUST BECAUSE 'I DON'T NEED THE REQUIRMENTS' WHEN I AM REGISTERED! > I am sick of that! 

Update: I followed another solution to delete certain files, restarted DAO and went to reinstall my Leliana's Song DLC. Still unauthorized.
