The "All That Remains" quest appears to be buggy. When I've
entered the lower part of the foundry and killed everything there, I
can't go to the second section of the area. It's blocked by a blue
barrier (see http://support.ea.co...3711/1306521463 ). I've looked up every guide online and
even watched videos of the fight and I haven't seen any mention of this
nor how to get by it.

This is a bug and there is no way to recover from it other than load an old save game. Luckily I had one that was only an hour or so of gameplay behind that quest and when I replayed events exactly as before the barrier vanished as expected and I could complete the quest.

I've never heard of / read about that situation myself, either. Glad you had a recent save. Always remember the mantra, "Save early, save often". Enjoy yourself!
