I replayed DAO at least 4 times, but I can't answer the question until I find enough courage or enough alcohol to start a second DA2 playthrough.

Alcohol does make DA2 easier to swallow.

I will have to try that is if I decide to do it for a third time.

Each DA2 playthrough becomes harder to finish. It makes the alterations to the game painfully obvious. The recycled environments are the worst. They give me a constant feeling of déjà vu. Didn't I already do this quest? What quest is this? Why can't I enter this section? Argh!

There are much better things to with alcohol - don't waste it on a DA2 replay.

I finished numerous playthroughs of DA:O but I only managed a 1.5 playthrough of DA2. I found the game too boring and unimaginative to complete it a second time.

I got through DA:O once. Tried playing it again, didn't make it past Lothering. Planning my 4th (yes 4th, last time played this many times was ME1) visit to Kirkwall. Maybe this time, I will finally catch the killer on time...wait...

it's easier to replay, it's also downright easier to play in general for obvious reasons, and it's shorter

that said, not as satisfying to actually go back and experience new content... it takes a lot more work to slug through DAO again, but replaying DA2 is usually a test in how much you can fight boredom from seeing the same stuff over and over

I feel like replay value in da:2 is more predicated on the combat and the encounters, whereas in origins replay value was more based on the story / decisions. I have replayed origins 4 times and da:2 3 times (with a planned 4th). Take that for what you will.

I killed Origins. I put it into the ground, buried. The disc is suing me for emotional distress due to overwork. At least a dozen full playthroughs over more than a year, with all the DLCs.

I played DA 2 twice through and change, and I'm done. I might play the DLCs, will have to see what they entail.

I replayed DA:O several times, many different paths you can take. I'm attempting a third playthrough of DA2 but everytime I sit down to play I can only do it for about 15-20 minutes before being bored out of my mind. Nothing changes at all, and I'm getting tired of the endless fights with thugs when I wander the streets at night.

I've only done two full playthroughs of DA2. Whereas I completed DAO at least 5 times.

I think I have as much completed playthroughs in DA2 as I have in DA:O - two each. And yes, I think DA2 is easier to replay. Problem is, there's not much of point to it, as far as I'm concerned.

I finished my two DA2 playthroughs within the first two weeks after the release, while my DA:O playthroughs took a lot more time. Both DA2 playthroughs together didn't amount as much pure gaming time as each one of the DA:O ones.

DA:O I started on 'normal', pretty soon switched to 'hard' and finished it on that difficultiy. Second time was a mix of 'hard' and 'nightmare' for more challenge. DA2 I started and finished on 'hard' once. Second time was a mix of 'normal' and 'casual', because I found the combat rather annoying
.
I have quite a lot playthroughs I'm far in and intend to finish in DA:O. And an unholy amount of characters I created just for fun, with no realistic hope of ever really playing them. I love the vast amount of possibilities DA:O gave me to build and roleplay various characters. For a really long time I never got to finish my one running Mass Effect playthrough and to start ME2, because I usually ended up creating and playing another DA:O character instead.

After I finished DA2 the second time I realized the game actually had little more to offer me. So I finally finished ME and then ME2 and I've been playing both games since then with great passion.
Them, and Alpha Protocol... Image IPB

I have 22 replays in DAO, that is completed characters and i can not even be bothered to buy DA2 after seeing the hatchet job done to it from the demo. The complete cut out of most of the customization options for both the PC and the companions alone the empty skill trees cut out most of the replay value, so all your left with is the story, which maybe good, i will probably bet it is. But i do not buy games to be told a story, sure it is a nice touch adds depth to the title, but i buy games to play games, i want to shoot people in the face, root around in thier innards, and blow up what i cannot cary off, if you can include a reason for my conduct frame it in the right context go nuts, but that is NOT all there is to a game. You have to find a way to combine those reasons with my actions in a plausable context, which DAO did. Looking at the demo and the information i have read on the forums it seems like 3 replays is about all there is to DA2, mage, rogue, warrior then the game will collect dust.

I have ~250 hours in Origins - this game actually made me rush home in anticipation to play it. As soon as I finished it, I immediately started again. It's one of the most replayable linear games in the last decade, probably.

I put in less than 90 hours into DA2. I couldn't bear to start a third playthrough.

Yeah for me DA2 is much mroe enjoyable to replay because the combat despite it's flaws is much more fun and fast than it was in DA:O. Plus like this story better.

I will play through it again a few weeks/months prior to the release of DA3 so I have a save to import (assuming I buy DA3).

So that'll make 2 complete playthroughs in total.

Really struggle in DA2 for replay...

Have been trying the last couple of days to start a second run...and I just can't get into it.
The graphics don't suck me in, the world is so bland and lifeless, the streets are so empty..and I know that no matter my choices, certain things will come to pass and the areas and items that are most interesting will never get any real chance to be explored in any depth.

DAO On the other hand...I kept discovering more and seeing different outcomes, finding new lore and fascinating people...

And don't even let me get started on how my third run with TW2 is playing out...:)

DA2 felt like a one run arcade game. I enjoyed it immensely the first time...but its memories soon fade; and were PC gamers given the ease of game trade like console gamers...I would seriously consider trading it in.

I played Origins once when I first bought it and once again prior to DAII. I'm currently on my third run of DAII, though I've been hesitant to move forward until I finish my mod.

I played DAO completely three times, and almost completely a fourth time, over a fairly long period of time (each playthrough about 46 hours, excluding the later DLC).

I only completed one and a half plays of Awakening.

I enjoyed DA2 so much I played it twice within the first week or so of owning it (about 35 hours each playthrough). Once the next patch is on Xbox Live (within a few days I think) I'll probably play it again, as I went pro Mage on both my plays, so I want to see the Templar side of things.
