My Fazit: Most of the games werent worth for replaying imo, because I figured out the story and plot-mechanics, so character-development alone needed to be excellent, to motivate me for a replay.
DA2 in particular wasnt interesting in many aspects. I completely forgot it after the first playthrough.
I wont sum up possible reasons, because most people in the forums know them all.

KOTOR 1 - 7 times - Love it!
NEVERWINTER NIGHTS - 5 times - Love it!
NWN - HoTU - 6 times - Love it!
DA:O - 6 times - Love it!
DA2 - 2 times (it felt like 10 times already) - Dislike it!


Obsidian:

KOTOR 2 - 4 times - Love it!
NWN 2 - 3 times - Like it!

Obviously I am a fan of sci-fi shooter-RPGs...Mass Effect had a fine pedigree from Deus Ex and System Shock 2 before it mostly went into the ****ter with ME2

ME1: I lost count... Ridiculously hard achievements - completed it about 5 times from start to finish (including almost every side quest) plus I think a little extra for the last few achievements. Got bored of the repetitive side quests even after 1 playthrough but still a very replayable game.

ME2: 3 times - only needed to complete it twice for all the achievements but played through it again anyway because it was that good.

DAO: 3 times including Awakening, Golems and Witch Hunt. Also played through every Origin story. Only needed to complete twice for the achievements but went through a third time just because it's so awesome. I'm planning to play it again... and again... in the future.

DA2: 2 times for all the achievements. Didn't enjoy the second run through and will never play it again. It'll be the only Bioware game where I don't touch any of the DLC.

DA:O: 2.5 (stagnated on my mage-playthrough, might still finish someday)
DA2: almost 2 (effectively 2.5 though), character ready for 3rd

KOTOR 1&2, NWN and the BG series, all atleast 1-3 playthrough, often picked up again through need for some RPG heh. Effective number of playthroughs I can't say.

BG & BG II SoA: probably like 30 or 40 or 100 times there is no way to know but I loved that stuff and still do, most playthroughs beyond the 4rth or 5th time with easyTutu mods. Really faithful to 2nd ED dnd and lovely characters and story.
NWN: maybe 2 to 3 times each expansion,
DAO: maybe 10 times, last time with a dagger dex warrior, solo'd nightmare hehe
ME2: danced for like 2 min on a friend's computer, i liked the dancing, not sure i liked much else felt "consolish"

Just started a witcher 2 playthrough, i have so little time these days tho what with the 48hour work week. I may return to Bioware when SWtOR hits. I play bad company 2 a bit too heh. Men of War Assault Squad as well. ... possibly interested in RAGE later this year, I really miss ID, looked at a doom2 level i made in the 90's and that game is still damn fun.
