Speaking generally, I have reason to want to replay a number of Bioware games to experience different sides, story angles or styles, but accept I have somewhat limited time and don't rush my playthroughs...and by that, I mean my playthroughs are massive, massive timesinks. I don't leave stones unturned, even on replays.
There are very few games that I generally replay - off the top of my head, Deus Ex, the Thief series, the Half Life series and the original Unreal are about the only action / RPG style games to have hooked me in that way.
For KOTOR and Mass Effect to be elevated into that category is, for me, a huge hurdle to jump. For DA:O to have got me to do more playthroughs in the last 2 years than I've replayed other games in the many years I've had them, plus still intend to do more, is a total game changer.
That DA2 didn't displace it is a sign of my...shall we say...underwhelmed reaction to the sequel.

I don't get much playtime, so numbers are definitely not as high as others...
BG: Currently working on my 4th playthrough
BG2: 3 times, including ToB (will go through it again after current BG playthrough) -- just amazing storywork. 200+ hours of non-repetitive play, and a great example of how even (mostly) city-based stories can work well.
PS:T: 4 times. (Best. Game. Ever.)
IWD: 2 times, including expansions (fun, but too linear to replay much. Heart of Winter expansion was fun but too short -- I despised Trials of the Luremaster, which was pointless and way too hard.)
IWD2: 2 times -- not as fun as IWD, but they really got everything they could out of the old engine.
NWN1: 2 times (very, very linear, and not particularly deep -- henchmen not handled very well)
NWN1 SoU: 3 times, but only so I could lead into...
NWN1 HotD: 3 times. Best usage of the NWN1 engine, hands down. Great fun!
NWN2: 3 times. (Loved it, but I am unable to replay it, though, after DA:O -- previously acceptable combat is too dull.)

KOTOR - 2, I believe I may of started a 3rd and quit half way through.
Jade Empire - 1.5, got bored in the middle of second playthrough
DA:O - 0.5, got bored half way through due to the story being too long, drawn out, and just not interesting in the least little bit
DA2 - 1.5, got a Mage that's half way through, plus a rogue I'm in the middle of playing too - will be 3 playthroughs once I'm done.
Mass Effect - I think maybe 1.5
