I tend to not play the same game often, ot at least in a significant amount of time to get multiple endings or runs.

I don't see the point of doing multiple playthroughs on video games.

I do, if you're playing a different character. Anytime I get a good idea for a character for a given RPG, even if I've played it multiple times, I'll start it up again and play through the whole thing. But if I'm playing something just as a game though, such as I do with Portal 2, I fully agree.

Mass Effect 2 - 2, I really don't know how I managed this. I hate Mass Effect 2. But then in a moment of blind faith I bought Lair of the Shadow Broker, and had to replay through a lot of the game to get to the DLC. Went ahead and finished.
Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening - 1
Dragon Age 2 - 1, I started a second character for Legacy, but stopped playing as soon as I finished the DLC.

Planescape: Torment - 1, loved it to death, but not as replayable. Intend to play it in the future though. In the meantime, I haven't finished any of my Fallout(except 3, sort of), Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights, or Ultima RPGs.

I like NWN's combat from the little I have played. After I got over the animations and what not that eerily reminded me of Runescape, I couldn't help but admire all the little geniuses of NWN, in and out of combat. Unfortunately, I have yet to play any character for more than 2 hours so far.

I will probably play those games again (with the exception of NWN) at least 1-2 more times over the next few years. As for NWN I actually spent quite a bit of time playing modules, but I didn't find the campaign that great. I probably wont play it again though because I like NWN 2 better overall.

I did neverwinter nights, jade empire, and DA:O only once each.

Mass effect 1 I did about 7 times, and 9 with Mass effect 2.

3 times with DA2, mostly as a mage(because they're awesome.)

I got about halfway through MDK2. It was a long time ago, so it's a bit fuzzy how far.
