Hey,

I know this probably isn't the right forum to ask this question, but I couldn't find a better place. For some reason I am unable to buy Bioware points with either my credit card, or Paypal with my credit card attached to it.

When I try my credit card it simply says "can not buy bioware points with this card" on the first page. With Paypal, I get to the redirected Paypal site, press "Pay now", then i get forwarded to a Bioware site which is loading for a second, then gives an error.

I'm positive there's nothing wrong with either my credit card or Paypal, since I bought Mass Effect itself 3 days ago via Steam.

The reason I'm posting here is because I want to just the points to buy ME 2 DLC.

Can anyone help me?

The correct forum is the General Bioware category "Points" forum, where you can also find the Off Topic forum, the Store Forum, and the Site Help Forum.
