I moved my Warden up to awakening. Played, starting Velanna's and Oghren's quests....finished Sigruns.

All of them disappeared and Sigrun's joining started up again. And then her companion quest.

I was able to get Velanna's (Finished) and Oghren's restarted (I hate redoing cut scenes.)

But also....the assassination attempt cut scene and battle I had to repeat (but not the riot)

I also had to repeat giving the dwarf the lyrium sand (and it says I haven't given him all four....since the quest is still active-even though I have the enduring vigil keep achievement) and the ores to the other person....and the golem thing to the smiths.

Also, it acted as if I hadn't given most/all the gifts to my companions, but they were back in my inventory so I'm not worried....except the discarded journal which was shoved back into the chest I got it from >_<

Then Loghain reappeared to do his little talk and give me the gold and items. I wonder what else I need to repeat.

I see no reason for my saves to be corrupted. No non-microsoft items hooked up into the 360, no excessive saving or glitch exploiting or anything.

EA gave me the solution of delete everything, but as DA:O and awakening are saved in the same place....are they just talking the one character or all the save files period.

Seeing that the game treats your Origins Warden and Awakening Warden as different characters even though you may have imported from Origins into Awakening, I would hazard a guess that they were referring to only the saves related to the Awakening Warden.

As I understand it (though others have more experience) corrupt saves have a tendency not to load in the first place. In that you can suggests to me they might not be corrupt in the usual sense. What I have found from the forums is that corrupt saves tend to corrupt the files around them; so if save file 10 is corrupted it may also corrupt save files 8 and 9. Deletion would seem to be the only way round.

I had similar...strangeness...in the Origins campaign with one character. The symptoms spread to every new character I started until I deleted all the saves for the effected character (in this case, all of the Awakening saves for that character as it is treated as a separate character). Older characters before the glitch never developed it, and new characters after I deleted were fine. I have no explanation for the phenomenon, but deleting all saves for the character did fix it.
