I'm a huge fan of games that make you sit at your computer hestitating before entering a room cause you just KNOW something will happen XD or where nothing happens and BAM you got a zombie running towards you growling like a mofo and you scream like a girl XD

Tell me, what are the creepeeust, freekeeust, scareeust games you've ever played?

I have to go with F.E.A.R, Left for Dead, and Condemned 1 & 2 Image IPBScareeee...

The little girl in F.E.A.R. ruined it for me. I thought it was a little over dramatic.

Condemned just made me bored lols.

The remake for the first Resident Evil game always scared me, as does Dead Space. Huh, only games that actually scared me that I can think of actually. Maybe... MAYBE... Silent Hill 2. Just a little, though.

The only thing in a game that actually scared me was the haunted hotel quest in Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. I never thought light bulbs and laundry rooms could creep me out so much.

I don't think there is anything more terrifying than Left Behind: Eternal Forces, mostly because there are real people who find it appealing.

Condemned 2 is up there, definitely. I have a feeling this pick won't go over well, but the original Gears of War had some really nice moments that made me sit up and take notice. When it came out, I was living in a pretty quiet building with two quiet roommates, and I had this one late-night session in the dark that started to get to me a little bit. More about ambiance than anything else, really.

Holy ****, FINNALY another person who has actualy heard of this game... and yes, it was pretty terrifying. Especialy the way you would sometimes be stalking along peacefu-OH-FUUUUUUUUU*CRUNCH*. With no warning whatsoever.

I loved L4D, nothing like adrenaline filled a zombie massacre.

Phantasmagorie was scary back when that came, freaked me and my brother out completely. But we won it hehe.

Then F.E.A.R. Made a good scary run as well, I never did finish it though.

Then there was Alien vs Predator, scared me to death when those damned aliens came at me!

Another vote for the Gamecube remake of Resident Evil. Also, Resident Evil 2's B game. I remember feeling constant tension over not knowing when that thuggish brute in the coat would turn up. And that scene when you flee a room and run around the corner only to have the thing punch through a wall?! Scared the heck outta me the first time. Even after I memorized when it would appear, I'd always feel a twinge of apprehension.

Silent Hill wasn't bad either. The school and hospital levels in particular freaked me out. They gave me Jacob's Ladder flashbacks. The sequels didn't scare me much despite the bizarre imagery. Also, I would be remiss not to include Bloodlines' Ocean House Hotel level here. Sure, it's only one area out of the entire game, but geez did it get to me. :pinched:

I don't remember the games name, but it's incredibly freaky. It's called something like Pendorum or Pandorum or something, someone who's played it will recognize it.

Glad to know I wasn't the only one that was creeped out by the hotel.  It's the scariest part of a game I've encountered yet.

Resident Evil 2/3, Silent Hill series except Homecoming, but most of all Dead Space.

Something about space and horror simply give me a better scare than I'd ever imagined possible from horror games with solid ground.

After finishing Dead Space, a lot of the so-called horror games feel only like generic shooting/action games now. =(
