Like they'll really intentionally make a LI unattractive. C'mooooooon, man.
Especially when that LI has a fanbase as huge as Tali's. Make no mistake, if Bioware do decide to reveal Tali's face then she will definetly be attractive which in many ways is a shame, I like my aliens to look like aliens and sticking a human face and human hair on Tali's body would just seem like a cheap cop out. We know from talking to Grunt that Quarians arn't as soft and squishy as Humans, Salarians and Asari and the fact that they have the same Dextro DNA as Turians would suggest that they may have similar psysical make up as the Turians ( an endo skellington, a hard bone carice on the head, etc ).
They could always go the Thane route, where she has vaguely human bone structure but otherwise is fairly alien in appearance. In fact, I hope that is the route they go. (assuming we see Quarians unmasked)
I also hope that if Tali or any other Quarian is unmasked, that they won't have hair. It would make them look too human, especially combined with their relatively human looking facial bone structure. The biological function of our hair is as an insulator to protect our brains from both extreme cold temperatures, and from the scorching heat of our sun. But hair isn't the only thing that would serve that biological function. Although we generally associate them with flight, feathers also serve as an insulator. In fact that was their original purpose when they first appeared on flightless dinosaurs. So, if Tali is going to have a mane on her head, let it be a mane of alien feathers.
