I was just wondering about enchantments.
I heard that fire and cold cancel each other out...
So I wonder if I enchant one weapon with +4 fire and another with +4 cold and equip them both in dual wield. Will those effects cancel each other out somehow or no?
I assume if I enchant 1 weapon with both +4 fire and +4 cold those effects will cancel each other out right?
If possible can you please tell me how this works if you know. Thank you.

I never actually tried, but i assume that only spells cancel eachother out. Tar can be put alight with an inferno spell and then put out again with a blizzard. Characters can be frozen with CoC and then again thawed with a fire based spell. I assume that they only cancel out if their effect directly interact, which your weapon's don't.

The "thawing" bit seems sorta wonky. They dont look frozen anymore, but they still stand disabled in the same pose they were frozen in. Just... burning.

Weapon enchants cancel eachother out?
Curious, as my Starfang on one of my char's has a grandmaster of one of each, and I almost feel certain I see +5's in all the colors when I do damage. Maybe I'm missing something?

They don't cancel each other out unless it's a sustained +weapon dmg spell runes work just fine together.
