I fear that religion will never expire. And I'm disgusted by priests of any kid.
People like you make me embarrassed to be an Atheist .
Oh yeah I'm not a huge fan of cockroaches. It's because of the scuttle, feel like they're up to something.

It will never die, you may as well just say humans like some other people have already said if you are afraid of religion.Drama Queenie wrote...

Oh and I don't think kids can have priests.

Heights
This.
Although in my case it's quite specific, the height has to be high enough to cause injury and it can't be enclosed. If those conditions are met I'm a frigging turnip. It affects me somewhat if I'm swimming in water that's deep enough that I can't see the bottom. Otherwise I'm fine.
The funny thing is I used to love heights, but ever since a misadventure as a kid where I almost fell off a cliff (hanging from the edge, fingertips getting sweaty and starting to weaken, screaming for help) I just can't handle them.
Most disgusting thing would have to be an infected surgical wound, more the smell of it than the appearance.

What would you do if you were laying in bed and you woke up to find yourself covered by hissing cockroaches, some crawling in your hair and into your ears?

My biggest fear is I won't be there when I'm needed most...*sigh*
This. Living far away from my family, especially my mom and grandpa, is a real pain sometimes.
As for less serious fears: Thunderstorms have started to freak me out. They've been pretty severe during the last couple of years.
Also this:

The Finnish adder. I don't know if it's the markings on the back or the fact that it's our only poisonous snake but they are just so freaking disgusting and....freaky. I also fear other snakes but even seeing a picture of the adder makes me shiver.
Oh and leeches. I swear if I ever see one attached to my damn skin I'm gonna flip out.
Edit: Oh and the dentist. I had issues with my braces breaking a lot back during the day and having all that iron in my mouth was one of the most distressing feelings I've ever fealt. Then a few years back I broke my front tooth and the dentist figured it would be a good idea to put that metallic "reconstruction thingy" on my tooth withouth warning me. Traumatized, bloody tooth + metallic pointy thingy = Not good. I literally bounced out of the seat, it hurt THAT much.

Probably the most frightening thing for me is not to be in control of what I do. I like thunderstorms, don't have any special phobias and can deal with insects and such, but I wish to remain in control of myself and to be free. A lifetime in prison sounds unbearable to me, for example.

What is this? A fellow finn? How unusual. Nice to meet 'cha. If I may ask, where do you live? North, south, west or east?
Western coast, middleish height of Finland. Nice to meet you too, we Finns tend to lurk a lot.
The windy thunderstorms were pretty bad here last summer. I remember driving back home from my childhood home and I came into this city along the way and suddenly started looking at all the fallen trees on the road sides. They were everywhere. It's as if there had been a war or something
Probably not that perticular for people living in countries with tornadoes and stuff but out here it was just plain freakish.

I really adore thunderstorms, although down here in Helsinki the damage was nowhere as serious as it was up there, power lines cut off and all.
