We experienced some issues with updating player profiles last night.  This caused a large number of characters to not get updated.  The problem has been now been fixed.  But we are still processing character updates from earlier in the day and last night.  It should take about 5 to 6 hours before the updates are back to normal.

"Slowly"? My character wasnt updated since 11.11.2009 So i was thinking, i will delete that char and maybe new data will upload, but guess what - since then even one of my characters wasnt uploaded and now it says that i have 0 chars

My first character which hit level 23, has not been updated since 11.08.2009 and is showing up as level 6 -- I've tried getting naked, saving and then regearing up and saving. No help.



My third character hasn't been updated since 11.16.2009.

I had the same issue nothing updating since Nov 5th but I get the "player profile full" and that was after 7th level even after I emptied everything out it still says full, I give up on it. Most likely something I did. Wrapped the game almost twice before deleting everything and trying to clear out all the garbage. It still says max no of files 100 and it still says that. Should put in a clear profile button and reset back to 0. Just a thought.

mine has only updated 2x scince i registered DA:O and even then its inacurate my first character didnt show up till after my 2nd and 3rd did and my 4th still hasnt shown up and yeah its a mess LOL

I've given a suggestion about updating player profiles, could you take a look and see if it makes sense or if it's not worth it?

If anyone could take a gander at my 360 character.... he's listed as lvl 8... but his avatar is broken, I've completed the game and I've unlocked half the achievements. My profile is utterly hosed... any pointers would be nice on fixing my avatar, getting my 360 content updated on the social site, etc.

What if our character isn't even appearing there? Only my first, character creator made character has shown up. Will these also be updated or no?

my two characters haven't been updated since 2009-11-09. I wonder why that is? Also, is there a possibility to update that manually somehow?

My chars also wont update anymore, but the achievements unlock.. at least most.

Hah, I playing three characters and none of them is on my profile... I only got characters that I created in Creator - that's really strange oO

My character has never been uploaded, nor has any data (story, achievements/trophies, etc). Everything seems fine on my end, I've registered, no errors, no problems connecting to servers, no problems with dlc. PS3 version

I'd also like to know when this gets fixed; my little brother made a character under my Xbox Live account (he since corrected the mistake) but now it is showing up under all my characters :S I'd like to go in and delete his character; she has no stats and no kills or anything.

My characters haven't been updated since November 14. Funny, because achievements are updated.



When I want to manage my characters it says that this feature is disabled at the moment?

Hmm.. Achievements unlocks and updates nearly instantly, Recent Activity has started to update like I expect it too (so I see progress here). However, ever since my Screenshots in-game says "You have -1 files stored online (out of -1 maximum)" (I read that as 101 out of 100) my character profile hasn't updated. I did delete a bunch of screenshots from my initial playthrough through Manage Screenshots, pre-closure of that function (to fix it I assume), and Screenshots displays 27 screenshots from my recent playthrough, the playthrough I wish to have screenshots from. I guess that it just deleted entries in a database for Screenshots section and not the actual screenshots themselves? That or they are mirror-ed on the first playthrough's profile that kept re-appearing even when I deleted it a few times (as I can still see those screenshots in the Story section of that character).

I am very glad to see the SocialNetwork moving in the right direction when I noticed how Recent Activity finally updated properly again, and I hope that I can soon get rid of those 73 screenshots from my first playthrough and the first character (Warrior Decurio) from my Player Profile. Until then, at least the game is fantastic and these functions are extra (nice) fluff to the game--so it's at least not game-breaking, albeit a bit annoying.

Is there a way to manually update your profile? I always play logged in and none of my characters have updated in well over a week. Since then, I have started many new characters, had manual saves with some of the old characters, etc. It is like they are frozen in time.



All my achievements seem to post instantly.

I have finished the game, but my achivements still not updated, also my Number of Characters is 0!

My profile had updated about twice since the game came out until a few days ago and now seems to be updating just fine, give it a bit more time and hopefully they will get everybody updating properly.

Slowly? what, you're living in antiva or something? profiles dont update at all.

We have just deployed a fix for some characters not updating. There was an issue where some non-english data was messing up the update process.

I will add to the list of my characters aren't updating. I just had an achievement update, but characters are still not updating. I'll check back later to see if anything changes as you said you just put out a fix.
