Any Fix to update Story Data? Mine is empty, is it supposed to fill up?



I would also rather have a toon not update, i have deleted it numerous times, now thou you cannot anymore. They all reappear again lol, and i got 2 with the same name.

Well... It's updated, but character names are not right. Most names have "л" as first letter, but one just super nice: "80;;

I bet I need to rename them in files for update and update manually from time to time.

My profile page for dragon age is really whacky.

First of all if I looke at that stuff I have got for dragon age (dragon armour etc.) it claims I got the stone prisoner for both the ps3 and the 360 which can't be true as I don't even own a 360 then instead of unlocking trophies (which the game has reprted back that I have 2) it now unlocks it all as achivements as if I am playing it on a 360.



anyone else having this problem?

Using the PC version here. My characters haven't been updated in over a week. I have a mage that has finished the game, gotten achievements, and the achievements show up on Recent Activity, but this website doesn't show her as even existing. I'm glad BioWare and EA are aware of the problem, but it certainly doesn't seem fixed as of yet.

Well, there's been some success! My first player finally updated last night. Before that it showed his stats from the first week of November. Unfortunately, the graphics on his character did not update to show the armor he's wearing.



Also. . . . .my achievements are now all in Russian! Wierd.

my achievments were German couple of minutes ago but they are all right now

Mine still has not updated for 3 days. It seems the fix did not work for me.

...I didn't even realize character profiles were a feature until I clicked around. Alas, my profiles have never been updated since I got the game. Only my achievements have been updated.

It's true that it does appear to be still broken. Whatever was fixed may have exposed other issues, though, and with it being the weekend, I don't think anyone is doing anything until Monday.

Achievements update every time i get one but my chars don't at all

My player profiles stopped updating on Nov 7th. That's two weeks ago. That's beyond just "slow" updating.

I just wanted to add that my achievements are still updating just fine (have been all along), but the fixes this past week have changed nothing.  The rogue achievements I've been getting are on a character that isn't even listed.  The rogue character that is listed I haven't played in a while, but does happen to be level 3 (not level 2 as this website says).  The mage character listed at level 20 is really level 22.  The warrior character listed as level 5 is really 16 or something.  The rogue character NOT listed, but getting the achievements that I have is level 20.

The warrior listed hasn't updated since, I think, Nov 5.  The other 2 haven't updated since, I think, Nov 12.  That's 10 days.  Is that about when they disabled management of screenshots and characters?  I didn't realize that the game defaulted to updating all screenshots until my online account was full.  I don't know why, but my suspicion is that having full online screenshots (100 out of 100 I think) is part of the problem, but I can't delete any of them to check.

I'm also playing the English version, so language should have nothing do to with it, if this thread is to be believed.

I have gone in-game to every character and changed a gear piece and made a manual save, to no effect.

It's been nearly a month since I bought/installed/registered/played DA. And my situation hasn't improved since almost day 1.

My character isn't correct and I can't even get to delete my uploaded screenshots to free up online space.
The server is still not updating. And it is mostly assuredly NOT fixed for me as of this entry post date.

I even emailed this issue 2 days ago to Bioware customer support on 11/20/2009. No reply was given to me at all.
24 hr response time my ass!

Hmm. I just checked on my profile (to see if some troubleshooting has helped any) and noticed that all the achievements have been switched to another language (but the rest of the site is in English). Changing the site language settings and back to English didn't change how the achievements are shown. Guess I'm...not English when I play the game now?

[Edit] And now it's back to English again. Sporadic glitches are the best!

It sais i am uploading profiles from Character Creator all the time. But i dont use it.

My last profile update was 2009-11-05 20:50:43. Still shows me as level 2 but I'm level 20. Tried removing all my armour and saving and then putting it back on and saving but no joy. My achievements are reported on my feed but that's it. Bit annoying really.

Yeah mine finally, a week ago, updated with a bunch of incorrect data, including a few characters I deleted. My main showed up (barely... half the features don't work at all) but with the wrong face. Doesn't look anything like he does in game.



I can't delete the deleted characters as "that feature is temporarily unavailable".



I really wanted to give this sight/features a try but this is horrible! It simply does not work.

this have been a problem since day one.. I guess bioware is too busy counting their money to get off their asses and fix this :|

Thing is it would be nice if Bioware actually commented on these problems. KCI, keep customer informed. It's a basic customer service tenant and one Bioware at the moment seem to be really bad at doing.

Yes. What really annoys me the most is that there is no information available and no official comments relating these problems. I'm just stuck with my frozen characters.
