My characters are not updating still either. And it says my character profiler on this site is down. The one toon that I deleted is still showing up and my rogue who I actually used to finish my first play through isn't showing up at all.

Playing on the 360 here. Well, I was finally able to delete the erroneously added character. Still no picture, as you can see. :\\ Updating my achievements with only a minor delay though, so that's good...

Would it be possible to get an official word on the status of this issue? Like, is it something Bioware is aware of? Is it being fixed at the moment or does this require further investigation?

Just noticed I was able to Manage Character and Screenshots again (yay!), that's a step in the right direction. But I still have 100 screenshots online according to in-game UI, and are unable to upload new ones due to this.. online it shows 27 screenshots. So that means there are 73 unaccounted for screenshots I am not able to manage and delete. I guess I could live with a Delete All button if it means I can clear that annoying bug away.

PS: My character hasn't updated since screenshots filled up to 100 on the 16th. Is that purely by chance or doesn't profiles update anymore when you reach limit on screenshots?

I haven't seen an update since 08-Nov. Probably coincidence, but just before that I did some maintenance to remove a stack of Jadens.

My character info has not updated for well over a week now and it doesnt look like its going to either. Is there any way i can manually upload the data? I cant seem to find a way. Most of my acheivements seem to upload but thats about it. Any help greatly appreciated. thank you

on my PC version i ve got one char that i beat the game with, another that im almost at landsmeet and another at lvl 14 or some and none appear on the site the only ones that does are the ones i made with the caracter creator before the game came out , i played one of those but it still shows lvl 3, for my xbox version of the game i ve got two chars listed but the pictures are broken

Mine dont reappear anymore. They did before thou but they were all broken.

Hmm.. what someone wrote earlier actually seemed to work for me (or it is just purely by chance). I disabled under in-game Options to Upload character profile, played a little while, did a Save from the menu and then (5min or so later) re-enabled the Update character profile (and did another Save). My profile nearly instantly seemed to re-sync with up to date stats and gear. Give it a go and see if it work, it can't hurt I guess.

I'll give that a go tonight. Last night I tried removing all gear, saving, moving to a new area, applying new gear, saving, moving to a new area, removing all gear, moving to a new area, saving, re-applying my old gear, saving. No joy.

Although I can't say it is totally related to doing the steps I wrote above, with unchecking Upload character profile, saving, enabling Upload character profile again and saving-- At the moment, my Player Profile nearly instantly seems to update after I have done a Save. Story gets up to date at the very least within an hour. I saw all my 'hidden' screenshots re-appear so I could delete them, and only have screenshots in my profile that I want to have displayed now (decided to keep a few from my first character, since he did help me get through the game the first time, hehe). Everything seems to be working fine. Well, except that IE8 doesn't really get much support from the CSS/JS on the site currently, but that can be fixed. At least my profile updates.

When dealing with complex systems and data for hundreds of thousands of players across 3 different platforms, some bugs are inevitable, and we have been working as quickly as possible to get them all resolved.    We've been completely open about the fact that those bugs exist in the online systems, as well as
the ones that are present in the game that prevent some files from ever
getting uploaded.   If you are still experiencing problems, try the workarounds presented here and elsewhere, most of which are designed to make the game actually upload what it is supposed to be uploading.

well guess what, i tried all these so called workarounds they are not working. even games customer support doesnt give a s..t

what workaround are you talking about ? i did nt find any , maybe if you linked stuff that you are talking about when you do it would save both your time and tons of other people

edit: at least make a sticky if there are workarounds going trough manually tons of posts in case i  could find a way to fix it is really inconvenient

Well, I've tried all the workarounds - and they didn't work. I've even deleted all my characters and screenshots online (and my ingame characters as well, so I could start 'fresh'). But I can't upload a d**n thing because apparently my online storage is still 'full', maxed out at 100, even though there's nothing there.

I'd really like to know how my online storage can be full when I've deleted everything?

Edit: Well, there's been a change. "You have -1 files stored online (out of -1 maximum)." So, despite having less than 0 files, my storage is still 'full'. Or to quote:  "Your online profile storage has reached the maximum number of files allowed by the server."
