None of my characters updated, did the following the past hour:

• Deleted my characters from the site.
• Did a quick save on each character.
• Turned off upload char in options, saved game. Turned on upload char in options, saved game. Logged out in-game, logged back in.

Characters now updated. So the site appears to be working fine, there's something in-game that fails to send the updates.

i unlocked another character to finally show , i ll say again what i did, i played a character that i had made in the character creator and uploaded her (was the only one showing on the site) then i launched the game from the launcher not the daorigins.exe and then i went in screenshots (while playing the one in the CC) and uploaded some that were taken by the characters not showing and then (not sure if it s related or not) but i exited the game completely loaded one of my not showing char then uploaded a screenie , played a bit with him quited the game and next time i checked on the social site i had another one showing

Yeh I'm gonna try to see if I can get the game to update tonight via the launcher. Normally I use the daorigins.exe to play.

Well my character still hasn't updated since 08-Nov but I have some more diagnostics.

On the social site front page (which I rarely look at), I see messages about my friends' achievements, but my game isn't even sending those. So, uploading is thoroughly broken (but I'm logged on - I can't load a saved game when logged off, owing to DLC).

I tried deleting my current character from the social site, leaving just one which was made with the character creator (the portrait you see here). Also, I noticed that the toolset bug had left custom content in the in-game list of DLC, even though I'd cleared the export folders (there was a .cif file and some area-related files). So I disabled that bogus DLC in game, accepted the game's warning that loading a game saved with that DLC was risky, and saved again.

I continued playing. After a very short time, for no apparent reason, I received the message "you have timed out while attempting to access your online profile storage". I was able to continue play after acknowledging the message.

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the only change to the social site was that all the Jadens which I'd previously deleted reappeared! Those Jadens don't exist on my PC any more, so this must have happened serverside. My current character (which I'd deleted) still isn't there, though. I've deleted the Jadens again.

My next step will be to delete the bogus DLC folder and try to upload a screenshot.

Does anyone have any news for us stuck Xbox 360 players? I can see my stats (they update regularly, more or less) but I'm still not seeing any of my character pictures whatsoever! It's getting kind of annoying.

Well for some reason my character just updated. No idea why though. Wasn't doing anything special today but for some reason I'm now more or less up to date.

Currently, still no updating. I have 8 characters - yet none are on my profile page. None, zip, zilch, nada. And has been so for weeks now. Forget slow updating: non-existent is more like it.



I think I shall have to stop hoping for a fix. The constant disappointment is becoming very irritating. Better to assume it's permanently fubar - and move on.

I still have problems with that too. The site says my profile was udated, but nothing is display.

Fourth playthrough here on xBox360 and it's never ever updated. I'm still showing as zero characters and achievements

After 11 days of no updating, I did absolutely nothing different, and, low and behold, my character JUST updated. I would add that my achievements updated at the same time. They had not been updating all weekend.

My achievements have been uploading, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when, or if, my character updates.

I also have update issues: achievements are updated each time I play but my characters haven't been updated since November the 17th. On top of this, only my second character has data in its history.

Mind you, no sooner had I posted my last post than I went back to my profile and my character had updated. heh

One thing for certain is, it doesn't seem to pick up on quick saves or auto saves at all. I save a lot, but about 90% of the time it's just a quick save. I had done a named save and a couple hours later, boom, there was my update.

But also, from time to time when I play, I get a message saying that I've timed out trying to reach my online profile.  Doesn't affect gameplay, but obviously it's not going to update like that.  There doesn't seem to be a way to try to connect again.  I guess when that happens you just have to reboot if you want updates.
