I sort of like the newspawn. I really love the new look of the elves, since someone brought up that too.

Shrieks are perfect as they are, hurlocks and Ogres need to rever back to their old design, but Genlocks were in need of a redesign.

Gotta say, I dig it. They definitely look like they could cause more damage than the old Genlock. Still don't like the new Hurlock and Emissary, though.

This is why I like the new Genlocks, they are more animal like, brutal and more front line then before. Yjeu are using there brute strength or crappy weapons.Alistairlover94 wrote...

What I hate is that the Emissary now looks like a Shriek. I know that a Shriek is a corrupted Elf, but why could a Genlock(a Darkspawn dwarf), use magic in Origins.
Just watch the trailer and compare those grunts to the Alpha we have seen in that screenshot and demo. The Ethereal Writer Redux wrote...

Agreed. The Genlocks are now awesome. They actually look like they came from Dwarves. Genlock Alphas seem to be the size of a small human and regular Genlocks are smaller. Origins' Gremlins had no size difference whatsoever despite telling us they did.
I also like how they move like gorillas. For them it works. But chalkspawn Hurlocks moving like monkeys just makes me wanna laugh my ass off. I wonder how an Origins Hurlock would make me feel if they moved like monkeys. I'd probably laugh then too.
EDIT: Yup the Genlock grunts are smaller than the Alphas. Luke Barrett said that was the case in one of the Legacy threads.

Same, also I like they are using there strength and look morel ike frontline soldiers now.The Ethereal Writer Redux wrote...
I've seen it. I'm glad that they put the size difference in the game that Origins said was there. Because in Origins, it wasn't there.

The ambushing tactic has me really intrested, I like that Biwoare is makingt he Darkspawn more cunning, and not just with tactics and talking darkspawn, but with goals and factions. The Ethereal Writer Redux wrote...
Me too. I like how the Alpha will use a massive shield (couldn't tell what weapon they were using though) and ambush the party. That shows the Alphas are capable of some tactics.
I'm actually really hoping we don't have to kill Corypheus the Conductor. His quote, which is in my sig, leads me to believe we may have the option of letting him go free. Plus, I really like his voice.

I got to say I like the old hurlocks more because it looked like something that would kill, R*pe, and eat you in that order. the new ones look like something out of a dysney movie. the emissaries look like twisted elves witch fit because of their stronger magic connection. the new genlocks looks absolutely wicked and look like monster dwarves. I love the shields. and shrieks I haven't seen yet but hope they keep them close to the original.

Plus Genlocks look cuddly but also like they want to rip your head off
Ok, I have seen the trailer now -they move like animals (some people pointed this; never thought it was literal). Mmmm... now I refrain from hairless-bears/apes; they look like hairless dogs
By the way (and I'm sorry if this has been pointed somewhere else): I think i have seen some Brontos (hell, I hope they call "brontos" to in english lol). Are we going to see them in legacy, then?
So this legacy dlc is about Hawke's blood eh? Mmmm... wish we could remove all from her
