I've completed the original campaign in DAII and went in and bought the Exiled Prince module.  It's been downloaded (and installed I think, because I can check it in my "Downloaded Content" file).  I have the mission in my journal to meet Sebastian at the Chantry, but when I leave Hawke's Estate, the only locations available are Hawke's Estate and the Black Emporium.  I cannot even go elsewhere in the DAII world.  Any suggestions?

This DLC cannot be accessed after the main campaign is completed. You would need to load an earlier save to do the module.
