Bio:
Mallene Calis' birth date is unknown, but like most of asari she looks like young. In 22nd century she was working as a representer of Armali Council. In 2183 she met Commander Shepard. Depending on your choices you my help Mallene or be a cold b*tch and don't help her.

Taking her quest, tipping off Raphael Vargas, then lying to her that the virus is in place is a good source of Renegade points IIRC. Not sure what the Paragon route is; refusal I guess?

She's trying to spy on Binary Helix which is the company behind the Peak 15 facility and who Saren and Benezia had invested in.

That's good reason to me.
