I have been playing DA2 for only a few days and remember hearing in game play about combining the ruins with different weapons yet I cannot figure out how or where I do this. Any suggestions would help.

Act 1 - Sandal in Hightown
Act 2 & 3 - Sandal in Hawke Estate
Act 4 - Sandal in Templar Hall, Gallows
