I was wondering if they ever came out with a patch to fix the crash when ever you try equiping your charators in SOA

Doubt that's a windows 7 issues since hundreds of us play on Windows 7 without any problems. More likely a video driver issue. You should probably keep this to the BG tech support forum.

I put it in prog files on Win 7 and it works fine. Well, I think I have an MP issue, but SP works fine.

yah, there's all sorts of MP issues - one that seems common is that when you click "create game" in full screen mode, it just hangs. you need to put it in windowed mode for starting the game, then can switch back.
