Please add the option to adjust a custom Shepard's face in ME3 any time you want. I'm playing through my "canon" Shepard in preparation of ME3 and I've noticed that no matter how hard I try or how good he looks in the Character Creation screen there's always a giant blemish on the character. This time it's the nose and the height of the eyes.

It would save not only me but plenty of people a lot of headaches and wasted time if they could simply pop into to Dr. Chakwas' office on the Normandy any point in the game and adjust their Shepard for a small fee. Surely plastic surgery would have advanced to the point that it would be typical to expect it on the Normandy.

Well, they're adding a feature to change your Shepard's hair at will. That's all I know about the customization so far.
