I have read through the forum and I can't seem to find any solutions. I got into the game after installing all of my game content from DA:O Ultimate Edition but when I go into my downloadable content, it all says unatjorized except Awakening. When I try to go into my pfoile from there it says that there is no existing profile but I know that I have one/ If someone could please tell me what to do to fix this problem, or even point me to a previous topic that could tell me how to fix that would be great.
All DLC says unathorized!!!

Do you have any non-standard characters in your password? In other words, characters other than letters and numerals?

i have this problem too....i have read through at least 10 forum pages and sadly it still doesnt work. I appreciate that you are doing your best, as it is all you can do but i am a little disappointed that i cannot play the dlc that i worked real hard to get. It is also kind of nice to know that i am not the only one having these problems.

Have you taken full advantage of all this forum's resources? There is a DLC- specific thread pinned as a sticky at the top of the forum. Did you read through the opening message from Hemis?
Have you read the discussion from Bartel about what Bioware is (finally) about to fix?
If you aren't satisfied by those, have you used either Google or Yahoo to pinpoint exactly what symptoms you have that others here have written about?

Actually I solved this problem 
what i did was go into the configure menu, then I went into repair i then clicked on "Add firewall exception" and "Clear download cache". Then i went into the game and signed in, and my DLC was authorized. Hope this helps people with the same problem.
