I wondered this long time ago and no one is asking about this since:
Currently I am using two-handed warrior, there are some doubts I having all along during gaming:
In NM mode, friendly fire ON, how does friendly fire apply damage and effect on allies?
What I know the friendly-fire does to allies:
- All activated AOE spells deal full damage and effects on allies(for normal mages' spell, only chain lightning and spirit bolt are intended for NON AOE/Single target)
- This means even miasmic flask, it will caused the whole gang(allies AND enemies) stunned within its AOE.
- Best example: When I do my non-upgraded MIGHTY BLOW, I instantly KOed my Isabela with full HP in range.
- But friendly-fire does worked out balanced in basic attacks for 2hand warrior, it only deal 10% of damage to allies. 10% means only physical damage, if the weapon consist of additional elemental damage, it will be dealt to allies 100% accordingly.
So far what we know is:
- Description like "XXX vs. normal enemies" etc only applies to NORMAL MODE which Friendly Fire is OFF
The question is:
How does exactly Friendly fire + passives works on allies in NM mode? some examples:
- Sunder: Will the STAGGER affect allies when my 2hand score critical hits?
- Same question to CLEAVE + CLAYMORE, and Righteous Strike.
