I recently reinstalled ME2 in order to play it with the four content DLC packs (Arrival, Shadow Broker, Kasumi and Overlord). These have all been apparently installed correctly, but when I launch the game it states that it cannot authorise the DLC, and wants me to log into the Cerberus Network to do so. The first time I tried this it listed ALL the DLC I had, which is:
  • Arrival
  • Lair of the Shadow Broker
  • Overlord
  • Kasumi
  • Zaeed
  • Cerberus Weapon and Armour
  • Blood Dragon Armour
  • Normandy Crash Site
When I try to connect to the Cerberus Network to authorise this it claims that my Cerberus code is already in-use, and I cannot proceed. I guess it's already in use by me, the last time I had the game installed? Anyway, I can't proceed beyond this.

And now, on subsequent attempts to launch the game, it is no longer listing Arrival, Shadow Broker, Overlord and Kasumi among the DLC it needs to authorise, just the others. I don't know if that means they're working now, or if the game's already forgotten they're installed. Either way, I want to sort out this problem before I start playing again.

Have you registered the various DLC under a different email account?
Either way, this is something that only EA support can help you with. Contact them.
