This "DLC" won't be free. But I'm glad they did invest some time on Bethany and Carver. They did deserve to have more scenes.

Unfortunately no, they are not unique specializations. Bethany will have Force Mage and Carver will be a Templar (regardless if they go warden or circle/templars). I guess it's just a Hawke family thing to have those specializations
