i have been trying for a couple of weeks now to get this stuff working. have dau collectors edition. i had all this stuff working a while back but uninstalled game and now cant get it to work. i have been through several sessions with tech support where they made sure content was authorized in my acct. game wont automatically download content. downloaded and installed all content manually and all content showed up as unauthorized. tech support told me to edit "manifest xml" wich i did [ changing requiresauthorization="1" to requiresauthorization="0" wich seemed to work. all content shows in installed content as authorized. unfortunately when i try to play it in game none of the quests will update. for example i speak to levi dryden in camp and dialoge seems good [ lets go to soldiers peak] but soldiers peak doesnt show up on map and quest in journal doesnt update. same for stone prisoner, i meet the merchant and get the control rod but nothing after that. i have tried everything i could find in the forums and still no luck. please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. been at this for over a week now and am very frustrated.

It will help us to help you, if you would use ordinary business style punctuation and paragraph breaks to make your posts more readable.
It will also be far more correct to write only a single message about the same problem. Two of them is one too many.
Having already answered, I won't remove it, in case anyone else finds this later, but you have to pick one or the other, of you duplicates, else a moderator will make the choice, and you might have had another preference. One needs to be locked.
(Hemis covered just about the entire gamut of DLC problems in his informative post that has been pinned on top as a sticky for a year and a half or so now. What did you learn from it? The Ultimate Edition was apparently nothing but a terrible bug collection when it came to authorization to actually use the DLC that is part of the package, and it appears that a patch may be released fixing that. Read Bartel's stickied post to learn about that.
(If the DLC helps that Hemis wrote down, and the promise that Bartel made are not sufficient, another stickied item should have been your next item of interest:

You can't have three threads all active all at the same time, all about the same thing. Two must be locked. You pick one to pursue, else Raen or another moderator will have to do so for you.
