Ok, I got the IFF relay, recruited Legion, even finished his loyalty mission, and a few other missions after that, but those damn collectors still won't kidnap my crew... is there any way to fix this ? Reload before the IFF maybe ?
Last mission won't trigger

That would be my usual favoured fix for most problems on the 360: reload and hope the problem goes away. (A bit of a hassle but works well for the most part.)
I would also hesitantly suggest clearing the cache though I'm not sure if that would be of any help in this case.

Thx... I tried clearing the cache, and I also tried reloading before getting the reaper IFF, but nothing works... That's annoying, I don't know if i should reload 10 hours earlier, and maybe face the same problem, or start over...

Reload before the IFF should be suffice. If memory serves it then requires two additional missions before the cutscene triggers. In your case, for whatever reason, it sounds as if it isn't triggering.
Something else to consider, though whether it will help is debatable, is to finish all available missions before heading for the IFF (with the possible exception of LotSB). Once you've 'cleared' all the missions the game has to trigger the cutscene because there is nothing else left to do.
I exempted LotSB because in a recent game I cleared all missions except that with the express intent of it being my second mission before the cutscene (after Legion's loyalty mission), except it skipped straight to the cutscene. I suspect the dlc missions do not count in some sense but that is merely conjecture on my part.
That is a long winded way to force the game to trigger the cutscene, and even then, depending on the actual problem you have, it may not work. If it's not too much of a chore it might be worth trying. But again, it would seem you could run the risk of facing the problem again.
Good luck either way. And if all else fails...EA support.

I'll try clearing all the remaining missions... So far I reloaded 3 older saves, and none of them triggered the cutscene. I'm not even sure clearing all the missions will change anything since all I have left is Zaeed's loyalty mission and the normandy crash site, and both are DLCs. Looks like my Jonas Shepard will be MIA in ME3.

For your sake I hope something works.

Ok, thanks a lot !
After all my unfortunate tries, I reloaded my last save, did the normandy crash site (though I didn't finish the dogtag quest), then Zaeed's loyalty mission, then... nothing happened, so I didn't know what to do and I kinda wandered, mining planets while slowly coming to the conclusion that my game was lost... then I decided I would try to finish the Normandy Crash Site anyway, and when I wanted to land, EDI told me the IFF was ready... I cannot tell you how relieved I was (yeah I know, it's just a game... only it's not just a game, it's mass effect
), so thanks again for trying (and managing) to help me.

Out of curiosity, how many squadmates weren't loyal when you did the Derelict Reaper mission?
As I understand it, when the IFF install happens depends somewhat on how many loyalty missions you have left. But I thought it capped at 2 (Letting you do Legion's and someone else's).

Only 2 weren't loyal :
Zaeed, cause I wanted to finish his loyalty mission after the end of the game (to see the cutscene when you abandon him...)
And Samara, though I had already finished her loyalty mission (cause I wanted to see if it was possible to fail the meeting with morinth in the Afterlife...)
Well, and legion of course...
It was still strange though, that was my 6th playthrough and I'd never had this problem before.

Glad it worked out for you in the end (maybe it was just a glitch).
After the IFF you can actually continue to complete missions (if you haven't already completed them); recall the dialogue about preparing the team. The two mission limit comes from how many missions you can do without losing the kidnapped crew; any more and they start dying/getting killed. It is possible to keep doing missions so most if not all of the kidnapped crew are dead.
