whenever I try to open a Hak file in the Hak editor it gives me a "invalid File Type" error. Ive used Hak editors from both NWN games and none will open ANY haks I download. So the question is How does one extract files from a hak file if the hakeditor wont open them?

Use this program, it opens outside the toolset. You can open/edit/create haks, erfs, etc. with it: http://nwvault.ign.c...ols.Detail&id=9
